It is understood that the new generation of intelligent ore sorting machine is independently developed and designed by Ganzhou Nonferrous Metallurgy Research Institute of Jiangxi Tungsten Holding Group, one of the earliest three non-ferrous metallurgical research institutes established in my country. The successful application of the new generation of intelligent ore sorting machine frees the operators from the labor-intensive and poor working environment, and uses mechanized operation and intelligent processing methods to achieve pre-disposal and pre-concentration of ore beneficiation, which greatly improves the Labor productivity and beneficiation recovery.

In 2020, in order to meet the development requirements of networking and intelligence, based on the application of the second-generation sorting machine, Jiang Tungsten introduced the concept of industrial design and artificial intelligence to develop the third-generation intelligent ore sorting machine to realize intelligent identification and sorting. The selection of polymetallic minerals, real-time monitoring and fault warning, and the modular structure design greatly improve the system integration. He hopes that the R&D team will keep improving, based on the needs of the industry, make full use of advanced 5G technology and detection technology, and further realize lightweight equipment and intelligent terminal systems.
At present, the product has completed the sorting test in key tungsten mines such as Dajishan Tungsten Industry, Piaotang Tungsten Industry, Dangping Tungsten Industry, Tieshanlong Tungsten Industry, and Pangushan Tungsten Industry, and officially entered the stage of batch installation and commissioning. More than 10 mines with different ore types have completed application trials. According to reports, after the large-scale tungsten ore mining and processing 800,000 tons a year in Jiangxi uses the intelligent ore sorting machine, the operation recovery rate reaches more than 97%, and the roughing cost is reduced by 30.04%.
